Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Upzo Rank LLC ("Upzo", "we", "us"), the operator of getupzo.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Upzo.

1. What Upzo is

Upzo is a free reference about peptides. It publishes summaries of published research, the doses used in those studies, reconstitution math, regulatory status, and guides on reading studies and certificates of analysis. There are no accounts for visitors and nothing is sold on Upzo.

2. Not medical advice

• Everything on Upzo is general information for education and research. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation.
• A dose used in a study describes what researchers gave to the people or animals in that study. It is not a dose for you.
• Calculators and tables do arithmetic. They do not tell you whether you should use a substance or how much.
• Many peptides described on Upzo are not approved by the FDA for human use. Some are prohibited in sport.
• Talk to a licensed clinician before making any decision about your health. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Accuracy and corrections

We write from primary sources and date each page, but research changes and we can make mistakes. We do not promise that any page is complete, current or free of errors. When we find or are told about an error, we correct it as set out in our Content and Corrections Policy.

4. Links to other websites

• Upzo links to studies, regulators, reference sources and shops. Each of those websites has its own terms, prices and policies, and they apply when you use it.
• Links to shops carry tags that identify Upzo as the referring site. They do not identify you.
• Any purchase happens on the other website, under its terms. Upzo is not a party to that purchase and does not handle orders, payments, shipping or returns.
• You are responsible for checking that buying, owning or using a product is legal where you live.

5. How you may use Upzo

• You may read, share and link to any page, and quote short passages with a link back to the source page.
• You may not copy the site or large parts of it, republish our content as your own, or present it as medical advice.
• You may not attack, overload or try to break into the site, and you may not scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.
• Upzo is intended for adults. Do not use it if you are under 18.

6. Our content

The text, tables, calculators, design and the Upzo name and logo belong to Upzo or to their licensors. Studies, product photos and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners and are shown to identify them.

7. Limitation of liability

Upzo is provided free of charge and as is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make based on the site, for anything that happens on a website we link to, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

Each version of these terms carries a date. When we change them, we publish the new version with a new date, and every earlier version stays readable from the legal index. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law grants you the right to sue elsewhere.
