What it found
At day 56, the Tβ4 group had 35.1% less ocular discomfort and 59.1% less corneal staining than the vehicle group. Drops were well tolerated.
Limitations
Only nine patients (12 treated eyes vs 6 control eyes). Full protein as eye drops, so it says nothing about injected TB-500.
