What it found
Mean lifespan, body weight and total tumour incidence did not change. The longest-lived 10% lived 13.3% longer and maximum lifespan was 12.3% longer; chromosome damage in bone marrow and leukaemia were less frequent.
Limitations
Female mice of one strain, 54 per group. No effect on average lifespan. Co-authored by the Khavinson group.
