Kisspeptin resets the hypothalamic GnRH clock in men

Chan YM, Butler JP, Pinnell NE, et al. Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism 2011;96:E908-E915.

What it found

Each dose triggered an immediate LH pulse, larger on average than natural pulses (5.0 vs 2.1 mIU/mL), and delayed the next natural pulse by about one normal interval. The authors concluded that kisspeptin resets the GnRH pulse generator.

Limitations
