What it found
At the doses tested, kisspeptin-10 and kisspeptin-54 raised LH and FSH to a similar extent. GnRH raised them about 3 times more than kisspeptin-10 and about 2 times more than kisspeptin-54.
Limitations
Single-blinded, 5 men per dose group, as the authors note. Short infusions in healthy men only.
